Addie Update

What a bad mom I have been! I haven't given an Addison update in way too long. She is so spunky and cute these days. We are getting really scared for what the next year will bring during the "terrible two's." She is great at tantrums and screaming. Yikes.

She loves babies of all kinds. She hugs and kisses her babies and wants them cuddled in blankets. She sort of gets that there is a baby in my belly...she'll point to it and say "baby" and then proceed to give my stomach raspberries. Very funny and cute.

She absolutely loves dogs. I swear she has dog radar or something. She'll see a picture of one in a store or on tv and scream "doggie, doggie, doggie" over and over. She also loves her doggie back pack that is basically a baby leash. She squeals to wear it and somedays wears it all day long.

She now has 6 teeth and more that are very close (we think!). The teeth she has are her four molars and two front bottom teeth. The ironic thing is her molars came in pretty much on time and the rest are just VERY LATE. But we are super glad because it has helped her eating get better now that she can actually chew things. Her eating has never been very good, but it has gotten better since the molars. :)

Her talking has gotten a lot better the last couple of months too. She tries to say words that we prompt her to say and can ask for certain things she wants.

She is a very active girl too, she never wants to sit still. She is always running around. Sadly this means she hates being cooped up in a restaurant, grocery cart or stroller when she could be exploring.

One of my favorite things Addie does is give hugs and kisses. She is super affectionate and sensitive for the most part. She is a joy and challenge to us. :)
