Can you believe Addison is 6 months old already!? Time really flies. Derek and I just looked at some video recordings that we had of her when she was just born and as a newborn. It is so fun to look at those and remember what things were like when she was so little. :)
Addison went to the doctor today and she is doing well. She weighs 15 lbs. 6 oz. (35%), is 27 1/4 inches tall (92%) and a 50% sized head. She is still tall and thin even though we think she has been eating so much better lately.
We are proud to announce that she has been eating baby food much better! Thanks to all those who left advice! My mom was in town this last week and she was also a HUGE help in getting her to figure it out. She loves peas and green beans the most so far and likes her rice cereal ok too. It's been fun to feed her baby food and see her get so excited over peas.
Other than that she is doing really well. She is at a really fun stage right now and she definitely keeps us laughing. She is a little dare-devil and loves to be thrown in the air by her dad and she loves to be played with. She laughs and laughs while being tickled and with peek-a-boo.
We also have to watch her like a hawk now that she is getting more mobile. She is getting closer to crawling everyday as she gets on her hands and knees and rocks. Her legs have figured it out and are waiting on her arms to catch on as to what to do! It's so cute. Although crawling opens up a whole new world of things! I better get baby proofing things. :)

Holy cow...six months already! Wow! That is a fun age!She is really looking grown up. I am so glad that she is eating better now. Surprising that she likes beans and peas...my boys never really cared for those. They preferred the sweet potatoes.
